Binder folders, how do you stop the loose leaf paper getting torn out?

i had that problem. you can buy sheets of sticker things that you put around the hole from the hole punch. they worked for me, the also have folders that have another part that folds over (if that makes sense) to not expose the sheets on the sides but still on the top and bottom.
