What keeps you motivated and determined?

piss yourself off. imagine people telling you that you cant do it and imagine people telling you that you will stay fat. prove them wrong. rub it in their face when you do lose the weight. tell yourself you can do it. exercise and run 30 minutes a day. do strength as muscle eats up fat. listen to aggressive music or music that pumps you up
