Why can't I see my movie??

Hello. I downloaded a movie with Ares and when I play it, I can only hear the sound and cannot see the image. This happened to me before with another movie and I downloaded a Codec Pack which solved the problem the first time. Does anybody know which could be the problem this time? Thanks
