Solubility, solution or unsaturated?

The solubility of a compound is 3.5 g in 100mL of aqueous solution at 25 degrees C. If you put 1 gram in 50mL volumetric flask and fill it with water to the 50mL mark, is the resulting solution saturated or unsaturated?
