While ping out tickets with my daughter one sunday morning to a stage play later on that evening?

I came accross a couple of people in a park with their daughter. I gave them a ticket and proceeded to play in the park with my daughter. I had determined that people who dont know Christ would surely not be in church this morning. Turns out the Man of the family just so happened to be carrying a candy cane in his pocket. (which he offered me and not my daughter in the middle of april) Later that day my daughter asked me if we were going to give tickets out to santa claus anymore that day. What do you think?? What am I implying about this true event?
