Both sides of mouth and both sides of tounge very raw?

I have been chewing alot of gum lately also I had almost a full big pack of sour skittles. When I was finishing the bag not thinking at all I poured the whole thing in my mouth and a tablespoon of the sour stuff poured into my mouth and burned the @$#! out of it.
