Gantz, Blood +, Bleach, Vampire Hunter D, Trigun, Wolf's Rain, etc?

I know I just asked this question an hour ago but I put it in the wrong category and it's really buggin me. Anyway, does anybody know if any REALLY super good animes to watch? Specifically gory and somewhat serious ones (like Gantz).
