Help Philosophy People out there!?

uming that a hive mind is capable of managing people then themselves strip the individual of their lives and equips them with tasks they must perform. The problem is that any sort of totalitarian power in the hands of men will corrupt them to their own selfish means. So no longer will the good of everyone be considered but the desires and wishes of those in power.
