How many lemons should I use in this recipe?

Seven medium sized lemons equal one and one half kgs. With the many varieties of chili pepper I hope you mean the small red type if so then twelve of the small ones. Dried is one tablespoon. (chopped and dried twelve small fresh pepper to get this result).
