Is it hard to learn "Bella's Lullaby" by Carter Burwell on the piano?

Is it hard to learn "Bella's Lullaby" by Carter Burwell on the piano, when I've never played anything on the piano before? I love this song so much, and I would be so happy if I learnt how to play it.
