Should I report my uncle opening my mail and taking the contents?

Think about it you already went through a tough time and to put up with from your uncle yes you should report him because enough is enough so what they did what they did for you but the trauma you went through it's worst and you shouldn't continue going through it even though your not living over there anymore think about it, you call to ask a question and look at the attitude he gives you how much longer do you need to put up with imagine if it was a a credit card with your name on it then what forgive him no do something now before it's to late and it's gets worst.
