What is wrong with my 1979 honda accord cvcc hatchback its eating up too much gas and does not have enough pow?

i just got it from the shop i rebuilt the carb . the car sat for 9 years, i also have new plugs and distributor cap what else do i need to check or do i need to adjust something?
