Will call of duty black ops run on my PC?

Black Ops Requirements haven't been annonced yet, i would ume that it is using a updated version of the Modern Warfare 2 Engine, so if you can run Modern Warfare 2 you can run this. and you didn't say what your Graphics Card was.
